1. Booking & Payment
- 100% payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- Preferred payment method is Zelle (details provided upon booking).
- Credit card payments are accepted with a 3% processing fee.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations made 30 or more days before check-in.
- 50% refund for cancellations made 14–29 days before check-in.
- For cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
4. Occupancy & Conduct
- Maximum occupancy is 4 persons.
- The primary renter must be 25 years or older and remain on-site throughout the stay.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Quiet hours must be respected from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
5. Smoking Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including balconies and common areas.
6. Pet Policy
- No pets allowed, including service animals, per resort policy. Please ensure all guests are aware of this restriction prior to booking.
7. Damage & Liability
- Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the unit during their stay.
- Owner and management are not liable for personal injury, accidents, or loss of property.
8. Resort Rules
- All guests must follow the rules and regulations of the Sonoran Sea Resort, including those related to pools, parking, and common areas.
